Michael Ostrolenk [CEO]

Michael D. Ostrolenk received his undergraduate degree in government from West Virginia Wesleyan College. His Masters Degree is in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University. He did post-graduate training in health and somatic psychology. Michael is certified in Spiral Dynamics and Wade Mindsets and is a licensed psychotherapist (CA).


He is the founder and national coordinator for the
Medical Privacy Coalition (2001-present). He is the co-founder and National Director of the Liberty Coalition, a transpartisan coalition of groups working to protect civil liberties, privacy and human autonomy (2005- present). Kelly Young

Kelly Young lives in Washington, DC.  She has her B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from Georgetown University.  From 1998 – 2007, she was the Executive Director of 21st Century Democrats, a political action committee supporting visionary Democratic candidates running for office.   During her 9 years as Executive Director, the organization grew exponentially, from spending $8,000 on campaigns in 1998 to $7.8 million in the 2004 election cycle.  The organization successfully elected over 180 candidates to office, trained 4,200 activists, and recruited, trained and hired over 900 full-time field organizers.

She is also the founder of Inspiring America, an organization committed to creating a compelling vision for America and providing leadership skills to the extraordinary leaders that want to make the vision a reality.  Inspiring America held three ground-breaking retreats with progressive leaders to create a vision for America and to have leaders see where they can expand their capacity to “be” the change they want to see in the world. 

Before joining 21st Century Democrats, Ms. Young was the Indonesian Country Manager at the Institute for Public-Private Partnerships, a non-profit international development firm.  She worked with the Indonesian government to expand vital infrastructure such as water and electricity to rural areas.  Ms. Young also taught English for two years at a University in central Java.

Jeff Weissglass [Senior Advisor]

Jeff Weissglass is an advocate, advisor, and facilitator dedicated to reflection and dialogue in civic and political life.  He is chair of the Advisory Board of the Project on Civic Reflection, which helps civic groups build capacity and commitment through reading and discussion, and he is a core team member of the Transpartisan Center, a caborative promoting engagement across political and social divides.  Previously, he served as chair of the More Than Money Institute, supporting personal and societal reflection on money and values. Jeff began his career as a corporate lawyer and later worked with affiliates of Chicago’s South Shore Bank developing small business incubators.  He has also served as board president of a community-based race relations organization, led diversity workshops, and worked on local political campaigns.  Jeff has a law degree from New York University and a Masters in Public and Private Management from Yale University’s School of Organization and Management.

Debilyn Molineaux [COO]

Debilyn is the founder of Quantum Evolution Coaching (formerly Evo), which marks the beginning of her second career as an Executive and Personal Coach.  She specializes in working with visionaries, creating step-by-step action plans that achieve tangible results.  Additional support systems such as strategic planning and project management are only some of the services Debilyn provides.

Debilyn’s first career spanned over 20 years in advertising, marketing and consulting.  She worked several years with McClatchy Corporation at The Fresno Bee, and owned an advertising agency and consulting firm.  She has worked with local, regional and national clients including McDonalds, Chevrolet Dealer Associations, Contel Cellular, YWCA, as well as authors such as Donna Zajonc, “The Politics of Hope.”, David Emerald, “The Power of TED*” and A. Lawrence Chickering & James Turner, “Voice of the People, The Transpartisan Imperative.”

In 2003, Debilyn attended a conference titled “Women & Power” at the Omega Institute and became energized about participating in politics with an eye towards transformational opportunities.  Within six months, she was running for Fresno County Supervisor.  She considers running for public office one of the best experiences of her life.  Joining Reuniting America and The Transpartisan Center teams were a natural step in political activity when the opportunity arose.

Debilyn grew up in Colorado Springs where she met and married Kevin, the “car guy”.  Jointly they own and run an automotive shop Arcane Automotive that specializes in European and British Sports Cars.  Their 7 children are 4-legged and furry.

John Steiner [Acting Chair]
John Steiner John Steiner, Harvard class of ’65, is a networker, organizer-convener, and philanthropist. Often working with his wife, Margo King, he brings together people, projects, ideas and money around a common cause—-serving “the pattern that connects.” He co-founded the National Commons, a predecessor to the United States Consensus Council, to bring multi-stakeholder, collaborative problem solving tools to the national level. He was a founding board member of Search for Common Ground; a founding member and early leader of the Threshold Foundation; and a founding member of the Social Venture Network. He is a former chairman of the board of CDR Associates (Center for Dispute Resolution). Currently he is the acting chair of the Washington, DC based, Transpartisan Center. He also works closely with Robert Fuller and the movement to end rankism and create a society based on dignity for all. He is in the early stages of exploring with others how to raise new large sums of money for the peace and security field and to put together a portfolio of planetary tipping point projects. John and Margo live in Longmont, Colorado, just outside of Boulder,  where they serve as trustees of the Steiner King Foundation, which is active in a variety of creative philanthropic endeavors. John and Margo have two grown offspring!
